Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the same address we provide.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, items that do not fit and discounts. You will instead be offered a store credit.

We do not cover the costs of return shipping. All returns and exchanges are to be started within 14 days of receiving. 

Please note that we can only accept items that have been pre-approved for return. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged in any way, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
